Abstract

Изобретение относитс к сельскохоз йственному машиностроению и служит дл повышени производительности молотильного устройства и его надежности в работе. Барабан молотильного устройства содержит вал 2 со ступицами 3. На ступицах 3 по окружности закреплены гибкие спицы 4 в два р да на каждой из ступиц 3 со смещением одного р да относительно другого вдоль оси вала 2 и со смещением по окружности каждой спицы 4 одного р да относительно спиц 4 другого р да на половину угла между спицами 4 одного и того же р да. Концы спиц 4 соединены с кольцами 6 с возможностью радиального смещени концов относительно кольца 6. На кольцах 6 размещены подбичники 7, на которых установлены бичи 8 с рифл ми разных направлений. Из спиц 4 одноименных р дов всех ступиц 3, колец 6, подбичников 7 и бичей 8 образованы две встроенные одна в другую равнозначные части с чередованием и возможностью относительного смещени по окружности бичей 8 одной части относительно бичей 8 другой части. Спицы 4 выполнены в виде плоских пластин. При вращении барабана бичи 8 смещаютс одни относительно других, что повышает эффект обмолота. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 5 ил.The invention relates to an agricultural machinery industry and serves to increase the productivity of the threshing device and its reliability in operation. On the hubs 3 circumferentially, flexible spokes 4 are fixed in two rows on each of the hubs 3 with offset of one row relative to another along the axis of shaft 2 and with offset around the circumference of each needle 4 of one row with respect to the spokes 4 of the other row at half the angle between the spokes 4 of the same row. The ends of the spokes 4 are connected to the rings 6 with the possibility of radial displacement of the ends relative to the ring 6. On the rings 6 there are podichniki 7, on which the whips 8 are installed with corrugations of different directions. From the spokes 4 of the same series of all hubs 3, rings 6, podichniki 7 and scourges 8 are formed two equivalent parts embedded into one another with alternation and the possibility of relative displacement of the scourges 8 of one part relative to the scourges 8 of the other part. The spokes 4 are made in the form of flat plates. When the drum rotates, the whips 8 are displaced one relative to the other, which enhances the threshing effect. 1 hp f-ly, 5 ill.

Claim

1. A threshing device drum comprising a shaft with hubs, flexible knitting needles and pests connected with the needles fixed around the hubs, characterized in that, in order to increase the threshing device performance and its reliability, the pests are connected to the knitting needles by means of rings, fixed on each hub around the circumference and in order, the ends of the spokes of each row are connected to one ring, and the scourges are fixed on the rings with alternating scourges of the same rings to allow relative displacement of scourges around guns.
