Abstract
The invention relates to instrumentation engineering and makes it possible to improve the accuracy of pressure measurements. For this, a fluid system with a double critical point is initially selected with the lowest content of the homogenizing component, then it is subsequently increased and the value corresponding to the phase transition is fixed. Based on the obtained value and known calibration dependence, pressure is found. 2 Il.
Description
Изобретение относитс к контрольно-измерительной технике и может быть использовано дл измерени абсолютных значений давлени .The invention relates to instrumentation engineering and can be used to measure absolute pressure values.
The aim of the invention is to improve the measurement accuracy.
д. Figure 1 shows an installation for implementing the method, a general view; on (lg.2 - dependence of the phase transition pressure of the butanol – water system on the concentration of hydrogen chloride at a temperature of 2b ° C and a concentration of 0.1 ppm of butanol in water.
На фиг.1 обозначены также: 6 - герметичный корпус, 7 баллон сжатого газа, 8 - образцовый манометр .The installation (Fig. 1) contains a glass cell 1 with a solution having a double critical point, a magnetic stirrer 2, a dispenser 3 of the homogenizing component, a light source 4 and a radiation recorder 5 passing through the solution in the cell 1. In Fig. 1, also: 6 — hermetic case, 7 compressed gas cylinder, 8 — exemplary manometer.
Liquid medium with a double critical point, for which the selected solution is butanol - water - hydrogen chloride with a content of 0.1 ppm. butanol is under ambient pressure that needs to be measured.
The pressure measurement is carried out as follows.
The light of source 4 is directed to cell 1, is dissipated by the solution and enters the recorder 5 strongly (weakened. Through dispenser 3 (the concentration of hydrogen chloride in the solution is increased). The concentration of the homogenizing component (hydrogen chloride) is determined with a high accuracy by the mass of the added impurity.
