Abstract
Изобретение относитс к области обработки металлов резанием и может быть использовано при чистовой обработке тел вращени на токарных станках. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение качества обработки на чистовых операци х путем срезани припуска с уменьшающейс толщиной. Цилиндрический многолезвийный инструмент 1 устанавливают под углом α к оси заготовки 2 и привод т в контакт с ней. Детали сообщают вращение с частотой Nт. Инструмент приводитс от нее во вращение с частотой Nв, определ емой частотой Nт и соотношением диаметров детали и инструмента. При радиальном сближении инструмента с деталью со скоростью VSP происходит врезание на глубину прохода. После этого инструменту сообщают возвратно-поступательное движение со скоростью VS вдоль оси детали на длину обрабатываемой поверхности. Срезание припуска производитс продольными 3 и боковыми 4 кромками зубьев инструмента 1, образованными канавками 7 и 8.
