Abstract
The invention relates to medical technology, namely to orthopedic dentistry. The aim of the invention is to make it possible to install the support-holding element independently of the pathological changes of the teeth. The method of marking the jaw model is carried out as follows. The pressure of the abutment teeth of the residual dental row is preliminarily determined, the jaw model is marked with the crown portion of the tooth of the residual dental row by drawing points on the chewing and lateral surfaces, after which the coordinates of the applied points and the correction of the longitudinal axes of the residual dental row set at an angle equal to the angle of inclination of the longitudinal axis of the tooth, after which a common equatorial line is drawn on the abutment teeth of the jaw model and the support-holding element is made taking into account the induced total ec in-line.
Description
The invention relates to medical technology, namely, orthopedic dentistry, and can be used to determine the optimal set of abutment teeth and the corresponding optimal direction for the prosthesis insertion path.
The purpose of the invention is to provide an opportunity to install the disputant-retaining element regardless of the pathological changes of the teeth by taking into account the residual tooth row.
The method is carried out as follows.
The pressure of the abutment teeth of the residual tooth row is pre-determined. For the first, in order to transmit the pressure through the .ci of the monologic abutment tooth, the dynosis of the abutment apparatus of the selected abutment teeth in the residual tooth row is drawn; and g and the jaw model.
One of the methods of functional and anatomical studies of the support apparatus is a dynamometer, when implemented on the selected abutment teeth
Дл нахождени осей выбранных опорных зубов на модели челюсти производ т разметку коронковой части зуба.impose bite cheeks of the dynamometer, the cheeks are placed on the chewing or cutting surface of the teeth so that they do not touch the number of standing teeth. Dynamometer data is recorded or stored. A cast of the jaw is removed and a plaster model is obtained by casting. To locate the axes of the selected abutment teeth on the jaw model, the coronal part of the tooth is marked.
The marking of the coronal part of the abutment teeth is carried out as follows. The jaw model is fixed on the table. Next, the direction of the longitudinal axes of all the abutment teeth is determined, for which n ;. the chewing surface of each abutment is marked by any known method, the central point, and on its lateral (oral and vestibular) surface one pair or several pairs of lateral points are located symmetrically relative to the desired axis of the tooth and at equal distances from the chewing surface of the tooth. In this case, each pair of side points

When choosing side points, you can use this rule if you draw an imaginary plane through the center point and a pair of side points, then this plane Since it is impossible to achieve this, it is proposed to apply several pairs of side points. The correct set of side points can be facilitated by taking into account the natural symmetry of the tooth, as well as X-ray imaging of teeth. The coordinates of all these points are measured, the direction of the longitudinal axes of the residual tooth row is determined. The jaw model is set at an angle equal to the angle of inclination of the longitudinal axis of the tooth, which can withstand the smallest load, after which a common equatorial line is applied to the model's supporting teeth jaws
The resulting equatorial line will correspond to such a tilt of the jaw model, in which the chewing pressure will be the least on the axis of the tooth that can withstand the smallest load. The given equatorial line applied to the crown-part of the supporting tooth is the starting point for the choice of design supporting support element taking into account the pathological
состо ни опорного аппарата остаточного зубного р даstate of the residual dental apparatus
Thus, a prosthesis with an appropriate support-holding element will prevent the harmful angular impact on the pathological support apparatus of the tooth. This thereby achieves the maximum therapeutic effect in prosthetics of the patient with a pathological change in the support apparatus of the teeth.
