Устройство имеет основание 1 с пазами 2 дл прошивающих игл 3 с лигатурой 4, направитель в виде иглы 7, втулку 6 с режущей кромкой 8 и цанговый зажим 9. После прокола брюшной стенки иглой 7 и прошивающими иглами 3. На иглу 7 навинчивают втулку 6, котора формирует в брюшной стенке отверсти .
