Abstract
The invention relates to beekeeping. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of controlling the hardiness and viability of bee colonies by recording the crystallization temperature of the rectum contents. Rectums with their contents are frozen at -15 ± 2 ° C and the maximum supercooling temperature is recorded from the crystallization temperature, an increase from -12 to -1.1 ° C indicates the likelihood of diarrhea, a decrease in winter hardiness and viability of the bee colony. The crystallization temperature allows you to quickly identify poorly hibernating families and take the necessary measures during the wintering period.
Description
The invention relates to beekeeping.
The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of controlling the hardiness and viability of bee colonies by recording the crystallization temperature of the rectum contents. Example. In bees taken from ul, the posterior intestine (rectum) is amputated, placed on the microthermal sensor of the electrothermometer, and cooled to the crystallization temperature. The crystallization temperature is fixed by the deviation of the electrothermometer arrow in the direction of increasing temperature, which indicates the formation of crystals, accompanied by the release of heat.
Rectums with their contents are frozen at -1512 ° C and the maximum supercooling temperature is recorded by the crystallization temperature, an increase from -12 to 1.1 ° C indicates the likelihood of diarrhea, a decrease in winter hardiness and viability of the bee family.
Из-за ослаблени к концу зимовки погибло три семьи, у которых была сама высока температура максимального переохлаждени (от -1,8 до -3,ЗвС).It was established that the degree of diarrhea of families was in direct relation to the water content of the indigestible residues of the rectum and the crystallization temperature of the intestinal lambda. The maximum death rate of bees was seven x with a water content of 78–84% in the rectums, which corresponded to a crystallization temperature of –5.1 tO ,. Due to the weakening towards the end of wintering, three families died, which themselves had a very high temperature of maximum supercooling (from -1.8 to -3, ZS).
The crystallization temperature makes it possible to quickly reveal the unfavorable ziel
