Abstract
The invention relates to the technology of heat treatment of hollow glassware, in particular to the annealing of glass medical ampoules for injection solutions. In order to reduce rejects by reducing the welding of contaminants to the surface of the ampoules, heating, holding and cooling are carried out with a temperature difference of 100–200 ° over the height of the ampoule with the minimum temperature at the top of the capillary. Heating is carried out to a temperature below the glass transition temperature by 10-70 °. Exposure at this temperature is carried out for 6-12 minutes. Cooling is performed to ambient temperature at a speed of 200-350 degrees / min. 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to the technology of heat treatment of hollow thin-walled glassware, in particular to the annealing of glass medical ampoules for injection solutions.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce scrap by reducing the welding of soils to the surface of the ampoules.
The method of annealing hollow glass products implemented as follows.
In an industrial continuous annealing furnace with four bottom eight arched burners, medical ampoules of 10 ml HC-3 glass are annealed. The glass transition temperature of glass NS-3 is 630 ° C. Due to the greater heat flux from the free burners of the furnace than from the hearth, to create the necessary temperature gradient along the height of the ampoules, they are placed in flat cassettes at the bottom
Дл обеспечени высокой скорости охлаждени ампул (200-350 С/мин увеличивают скорость движени транспортирующей сетки и отключают часть сводовых горелок печи.upwards, as a result of which the temperature difference between the bottom and the capillary is 100-200 ° C. To ensure a high cooling rate of the ampoules (200-350 C / min, they increase the speed of movement of the conveying grid and turn off part of the stove burners.
For comparison, the ampoules are annealed in a known manner. After annealing, the ampoules are washed, filled with an injection preparation, sterilized and checked for the presence of mechanical impurities in the preparation according to the technology adopted in the manufacture.
The test results are presented in the table.

(24,4%).20 degrees / min to ambient temperature. The total time of annealing is 38 minutes with the same load. The total number of rejects for a batch of 4,000 vials is 976 units (24.4%).
The method of annealing hollow glassware can be implemented on any annealing furnace. The use of the method is most effective for the heat treatment of thin-walled medical ampoules in connection with increased demands on their quality.
The use of the proposed method of annealing hollow thin-bone glass products reduces the annealing time by 2.5-3.0 times, reducing the rejects of finished products by 1.5-2.0 times.
