The invention relates to irrigation technology, namely to drip irrigation of agricultural crops.
The aim of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the microwire production by reducing the effect of pressure pulsations and reducing its clogging.
The drawing shows the micropipeline cut.
The micropipe consists of a plastic case 1, in the upper part of which is located an inlet 2, which receives water from the discharge pipe, holes 3 located in the center of both sides of the micropipe, into which the outlet nozzles 4 are screwed, the elastic diaphragm 5 located in the middle of the micropipe body and fixed along its perimeter. The values of a and b are the distances from the micropipe outlet diaphragm to the free ends of the nozzles. Screw-in or screw-in nozzles, you can set a different distance from the end of the nozzle to the diaphragm, i.e., they are asymmetrically relative to the elastic diaphragm and, therefore, a b.
Micropipe, containing a plastic housing with inlet and two outlet connections, between which inside the housing
The microwatch works as follows 25 a diaphragm is installed, characterized in that
образом.in a way.
Before filling the microwaves with water, the pressure on both sides of the elastic diaphragm 5 is the same. When irrigation water is supplied to the housing 1 through the inlet 2, water initially flows through both sides, in order to increase operating efficiency by reducing the effect of pressure pulsations and decreasing its clogging, the outlet pipes are movably mounted in the housing with the ability to adjust their 30 position relative to the diaphragm.

However, due to the fact that a b, the resistance to the movement of water through the left hole is less than through the right, and hence the water pressure on the left side of the diaphragm 5 is less than on the right, which leads to a shift of the diaphragm 5 to the left, while increasing the distance between the diaphragm 5 and the free end of the right nozzle 4, which in turn causes a sharp drop in pressure on the right side
0 aperture 5 and increase with the left, and hence the shift of the diaphragm to the right and so on. Adjusting the distances a and b by screwing in or unscrewing the nozzles 4 makes it possible to establish the necessary constant flow rate of the microwires.
The micro-outlet of this design has a steeper schedule of the flow-rate characteristic.
