Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к сварке пластических масс, а именно к устройствам дл  непрерывной ультразвуковой сварки. Цель - повышение прочности и качества сварного шва. Дл  этого устройство снабжено магнитострикционным преобразователем 1, трансформатором 2 упругих колебаний, сварным инструментом, включающим первый полый усеченный конус 3 изгибных колебаний и дополнительный полый усеченный конус 4 продольных колебаний, св занные через кольцевой сварочный наконечник 5, центральным стержневым элементом 6 продольных колебаний, который св зывает полые усеченные конуса 3 и 4 по плоскост м меньшего диаметра 7 и 8. При этом высота первого усеченного конуса равна или кратна 1/4 длины продольной волны, высота его боковой поверхности равна или кратна 1/2 длины волны изгибных колебаний, а высота боковой поверхности дополнительного полого усеченного конуса равна или кратна 1/4 длины изгибной волны и его высота равна или кратна 1/2 длины волны продольных колебаний, причем длина центрального стержн  равна или кратна 1/2 длины волны продольных колебаний. Сварочный инструмент совершает ультразвуковые колебани  в двух плоскост х: перпендикул рно и параллельно движению свариваемых материалов, что и обеспечивает повышение прочности сварного шва и его качества. 4 ил.The invention relates to the welding of plastics, in particular to devices for continuous ultrasonic welding.
