Abstract

Изобретение может быть использовано в сельскохоз йственном производстве при уборке трав на корм и обеспечивает ускорение сушки растений путем их измельчени . Устройство содержит смонтированные на раме 1 ротор 2 с вертикальной осью 3 вращени и размещенный за ротором 2 по направлению перемещени растений вертикальный валкообразующий щит 8. Ротор 2 выполнен с эластичным конусообразным рабочим органом 4 дл подъема растений с размещенными по окружности ротора 2 захватывающими пальцами 5 и с закрепленными на боковой поверхности 7 корпуса ротора 2 спиральными лентами 6. Верхние участки лент 6 выполнены постепенно переход щими в боковую поверхность 7 за счет увеличени их наклона вниз. На выходе щита 8 размещены дисковые измельчающие ножи 9 с вертикальной осью вращени и противорежущие пластины 12 дл ножей 9. При поступательном движении устройства и вращении ротора 2 свежескошенные растени поднимаютс рабочим органом 4 и подхватываютс лентами 6, на которых переход т в вертикальное положение. Затем растени в этом положении перемещаютс по щиту 8 пальцами 5 и подаютс на измельчение ножами 9.
