Abstract

Изобретение относитс к обработке материалов резанием, в частности к сборным режущим инструментам. Целью изобретени вл етс повышение удобства эксплуатации посредством отвода прихвата при раскреплении режущей пластины за пределы гнезда корпуса. В гнезде корпуса 1 режущего инструмента установлена режуща 2 и опорна пластины, закрепл емые с помощью качающегос штифта, головка которого входит в центральное отверстие режущей пластины, и прихвата 5, взаимодействующего с крепежным винтом 10. Положение прихвата 5 определ етс штифтом 8 и дугообразным глухим пазом, выполненным с нижней стороны прихвата. При раскреплении режущей пластины пружина сжати , установленна на крепежном винте между корпусом и прихватом, поджимает последний к головке винта. При этом за счет сил трени прихват поворачиваетс на угол ψ (угол между боковой поверхностью 7 гнезда корпуса и боковой поверхностью 6 прихвата) до взаимодействи штифта 8 с боковой поверхностью дугообразного паза. 3 ил.The invention relates to the processing of materials by cutting, in particular to assembly cutting tools.
