Abstract

FIELD: laser technology. SUBSTANCE: method is based upon compacting a blank 1 at 200-300 deg C made of material, being transparent at working spectral range. During process of compacting, the blank I is compacted simultaneously along its perimeter into holler 2, which is made preliminary of material, which has mechanical strength to exceed strength of material of blank compacted. The holder is put together with the blank between array and punch. At least single recess is made onto the surface of holder 2, which surface is brought into contact with surface of blank 1 to be pressed. The recess is aligned with the holder and has radius R, which belongs to COrange. Compacting is performed at specific pressures of 2,5 -12 kg/mm,. Moment of finish of compacting, which sets with forming contact of material of blank 1 with holder 2 along the whole perimeter, is defined from moment when speed of pressure growth starts to change.
