Abstract

Изобретение относитс  к обработке металлов резанием, а именно к универсальным токарным инструментам. Целью изобретени   вл етс  расширение технологических возможностей за счет универсальности, путем установки в резцовой головке различных по техническому назначению и размерам режущих пластин. В гнезде корпуса 1 при помощи креп щего винта 6 установлена резцова  головка, состо ща  из корпуса 2, в пазах которого на регулировочных сменных вставках 8 установлены режущие пластины 4, и нажимного фланца 3, соединение которых осуществл етс  ст гивающим винтом 5. Пазы в корпусе 2 резцовой головки выполнены с различными размерами дл  установки в них режущих пластин 4, предназначенных дл  выполнени  различных операций, например проточки канавок, нарезани  резьб, обточки, обрезки и т.д. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 3 ил.The invention relates to metal cutting, in particular to universal turning tools.
