Abstract

Изобретение относитс к сельскому хоз йству и предназначено дл обработки сем н биологически активными соединени ми. Цель изобретени - улучшение качества обработки сем н путем повышени точности дозировани рабочего раствора и сухой смеси, уменьшени их передозировки. Устройство содержит бункер дл сем н, дозатор 6 в виде коленчатого транспортера в ванне 5 рабочего раствора, емкость 11 с дозатором сухой смеси 20 и смеситель в виде секционной катушки 14 с ребрами 15, расположенными под углом к ее оси. Смеситель установлен в камере 8 обработки сем н, в крышке которой выполнен патрубок 17 дл сброса сухой смеси, а днище 18 выполнено сетчатым и имеет наклонный желоб дл выгрузки сем н. Под днищем расположен вентил тор 21. Смоченные на транспортере 6 семена попадают в камеру обработки, где перемешивание их с сухой смесью осуществл етс восход щим потоком воздуха, создаваемым вентил тором 21, а перемещение сем н к наклонному желобу - ребрами катушки 14. Излишки сухой смеси сбрасываютс через патрубок 17 обратно в емкость 11 дл сухой смеси. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 2 ил.The invention relates to agriculture and is intended for the treatment of seeds with biologically active compounds. The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of seed treatment by increasing the accuracy of dosing the working solution and the dry mixture, reducing their overdose. The device contains a seed bin, a dispenser 6 in the form of a cranked conveyor in the bath 5 of the working solution, a container 11 with a dry mix dispenser 20 and a mixer in the form of a sectional coil 14 with ribs 15 arranged at an angle to its axis. The mixer is installed in the seed treatment chamber 8, in the lid of which a branch pipe 17 is made to discharge the dry mixture, and the bottom 18 is made mesh and has an inclined chute for unloading seeds. A fan 21 is located under the bottom. The seeds moistened on the conveyor 6 enter the treatment chamber, where they are mixed with the dry mixture by upward air flow created by the fan 21, and the seeds are moved to the inclined chute by the ribs of the coil 14. 1. A device for treating seeds, containing a hopper for seeds, a container for working solution with a dispenser, a container for dry mix with a dispenser and a treatment chamber with a lid and a mixer connected to it, and a fan, characterized in that, in order to improve the quality of the seed treatment by increasing the accuracy of dispensing the solution and the dry mixture, reducing their overdose, the dispenser of the working solution is made in the form of a cranked conveyor, and the mixer is in the form of a sectional coil with ribs, while the processing chamber is equipped with a mesh bottom with inclined trough for unloading seeds, a nozzle is made in the chamber lid for discharging excess dry mix, communicated with the dry mix tank, and a fan is installed under the bottom of the chamber.
