The proposed ferrite material is made according to standard ceramic technology. The powders of the original oxides are mixed in a mill in an aqueous medium. After drying the mixture is carried out
An aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol is added to the molding of the samples. Sintering of the samples was carried out in silicon furnaces in air at temperatures less than 1000 ° C with a exposure time of less than 1 hour.
In tab. 1 shows the ratios of the components in the studied materials; in tab. 2 illustrates the characteristics of the materials, with compositions 2-4 according to the invention, and compositions 1y: 5 are outside the scope of the invention in terms of the ratio of components. Table 2 also shows the characteristics of a well-known ferrite material.

1 and 2, the proposed material (compositions 2-4) is characterized by a higher temperature stability (temperature coefficient of coercive force 0.05–0.09% / K in the temperature range (20) - (70) ° С and 0.03-Q , 05% / K in the temperature range from +20 to -60 ° C, than the known ferrite material, for which the corresponding temperature coefficient of the coercive force is 0.14-0.28 and 0.06-0.28% / K. At the same time, the proposed ferrite material retains a high level of the output signal (50-52 mV), which is within the limits characteristic of the known material (52-86 mV).
The use of exorbitant component ratios (compositions 1 and 5) leads to a deterioration of the thermal stability and operational characteristics of the material (reduction of the output signal and an increase in noise).
The use of the invention allows to create storage devices operating in a wider temperature range and possessing increased reliability.
