Abstract

Изобретение относитс к машиностроению и предназначено дл стопорени преимущественно штифтов и клиньев. Цель изобретени - расширение эксплуатационных возможностей. На конце штифта (Ш)3 под углом к его продольной оси выполнен криволинейный паз 4. Открытые концевые участки паза 4 выход т на торцовую поверхность Ш 3. Центральна часть проволочного фиксирующего элемента (ПФЭ) 5 расположена в пазу 4. Участки ПФЭ 5, расположенные между его центральной частью и концами, охватывают участок наружной поверхности выступающего конца Ш 3 и контактируют с указанным участком последнего и опорной поверхностью соедин емой детали 1. Отогнутные концы ПФЭ 5 св заны между собой посредством скрутки. Такое выполнение соединени позвол ет обеспечить надежное беззазорное соединение деталей в широком диапазоне габаритных параметров вдоль оси Ш 3 посредством одного типоразмера последнего, что ведет к расширению эксплуатационных возможностей соединени в целом. 1 з.п. ф-лы, 1 ил.This invention relates to mechanical engineering and is intended to stop mainly pins and wedges.
