Abstract

Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл перегрузки сыпучих материалов, преимущественно мелкодисперсных, сильно пыл щих, и может найти широкое использование в строительной, пищевой, машиностроительной и других отрасл х народного хоз йства. Цель изобретени - повышение надежности путем обеспечени полной герметичности. Устройство содержит основание 1, на котором установлены с возможностью поворота в вертикальной плоскости захваты 4, выполненные в виде нижней 6 и верхней 5 пары вил. При этом верхние вилы 5 св заны с кожухом 7 посредством подпружиненных штоков, шарнирно закрепленных одними концами на прижимной раме кожуха 7, а свободными концами размещенных с пружинами в цилиндрических стаканах, которые шарнирно прикреплены к верхним вилам 5 захвата, при этом на кожухе 7 смонтирован фартук 13 из эластичного материала, раструб которого направлен в сторону разгрузочного отверсти 14 кожуха 7, который выполнен в виде усеченного конуса. Тара 23 с сыпучим материалом подаетс на нижние вилы 6. При их повороте к таре 23 плотно прижимаетс кожух 7, который имеет в своей верхней части подпружиненную крышку 15 на разгрузочном отверстии 14. I. Device for tipping containers with bulk material, containing a base mounted on it with the possibility of rotation in a vertical plane, the drive grippers, including the lower and upper pairs of forks, made in the form of a truncated cone 'casing with a clamping frame in the lower part and a cover on the discharge hole in the upper part, the connection node of the upper pair of forks and the casing, characterized in that, in order to increase reliability by ensuring complete tightness, the specified node is formed installed in cylindrical glasses which are pivotally mounted on the upper forks of the grip, spring-loaded rods pivotally mounted on the clamping frame of the casing, while on the casing mounted an apron of a closed shape of elastic material, the bell of which is directed towards the discharge opening of the casing.
