The invention relates to shipbuilding, in particular to ship devices for receiving seawater.
Цель изобретени - расширение эксплуатационных возможностей путем обеспечени очистки приемной решетки на сто нке судна, а также повышение надежности работы„The purpose of the invention is the expansion of operational capabilities by ensuring the cleaning of the receiving lattice in the vessel's station, as well as improving the reliability of operation
1 .Figure 1 shows the proposed device for receiving seawater, a general view; in Fig „2 - section A-A in Fig.1.
The shipborne catching water receiving device consists of a kingston box 1, mounted on the hull of the vessel 2, having a notch 3, in which a lattice of rods 4 is located. Inside the kingston box 1, there are mounted guides 5 with which a tank 6 is connected, connected to the plate 7 with holes through which the rods 4 of the lattice pass. Inside the vessel 6, having an open bottom part, a horseshoe-shaped pipe 8 is fixed, one end of which goes to the kingston box 1, and the other at the top of vessel 6, and the pipe elbow 8 is located on a level In the lower part of the tank 6. The inner cavity of the tank 6 is connected via hose 9 to the ship’s compressed air line 10 through an adjustable flow valve 11, and an air pipe 12 is installed on the Kingston drawer. The device for receiving seawater operates as follows.
0In the initial state, the tank 6 is filled with water and is in the lower position. When opening the valve of the adjustable flow rate 11, the line 10 is supplied to the cavity of the tank 6 with compressed air with the calculated flow rate "Compressed air displaces water from tank 6 and the latter gains positive buoyancy, as a result, it moves to the upper position along the guides 5. At the same time, the plate 7 cleans the rods 4 from debris and fouling. When the container 6 is moved upwards, the water level in it decreases to the knee level of the horseshoe-shaped pipe 8 o In parallel, the water level in that part of the pipe 8, which is connected to the internal cavity of the container 6, decreases (in Fig.2 the right branch). 6„As the water level of the knee of the pipe 8 is broken, air is blown into the second (left) branch of the pipe, which goes to the kingston box 1. As a result, the air from the internal cavity of the tank 6 goes through pipe 8 to kingston box 1, and then atmosphere The capacity of this path exceeds the capacity of the path of entry of air into the tank 6, as a result, the tank 6 acquires negative buoyancy and lowers, while the plate 7 cleans the rods 4 from debris and fouling. The lowering of the container 6 takes place until the water pours in the horseshoe-shaped tube 8 through its open ends in the cavity 6, after which the outflow of air from the cavity 6 stops, stops and its downward movement. The air cushion in the upper part of the tank 6 begins to increase and the tank begins to move upward along the guides 5, moving the plate 7 and the rods U are cleaned. The cleaning process takes place automatically at the required intervals determined by the mutual ratios of air flow through the valve 11, pipe 8 and capacity of 6 "
