The holes of the metal walls are sealed to the caj bHHKOB type and the pipes can rotate in them and move in the direction of their axes during thermal expansions.
In FIG. 1 shows a schematic cross-section of the proposed economizer; FIG. 2 and 3-part longitudinal section and FIG. 4 is its detail.
The finned tubes 1 (Fig. 1-T4) are provided with smooth-machined cylindrical flanges 2, with which they enter the corresponding circular openings 3 of the side metal walls 4,5. These holes are provided with an annular recess 6 (Fig. 4) and are sealed to the likeness of the glands, allowing the pipes to rotate during installation and move when the economizer is working in the direction of its axis as far as
3).require thermal expansion. The notch b is filled with some kind of refractory resilient material 7 (e.g., an asbestos cord), onto which a metal ring 8 (e.g., lead wire) is pressed into place. The side metal walls 4, 5 are suspended on the beam 12 (Fig. I) by means of a riveted bracket 10 and bolts 11. The bottom and side edges of walls 4, 5 are relatively easily pressed against the corresponding parts of the frame 9 by means of bolts 13 passing through large holes and strips of strip iron 14. One of the walls is also provided with openings 16 (Fig. 1) for blowers. Such an arrangement of the finned tubes in the individual holes of the iron walls makes it possible at any time to pull out any tube to inspect or clean it. In addition, the use of iron walls permits any mutual arrangement of pipes, the most advantageous, according to the inventor, is the location of pipes in a checkerboard pattern in the direction of gas flow. In this case, so that the flue gases follow through the economizer with the least loss of energy of the fan or chimney, it is necessary that the velocity of the hot gases entering the economizer should evenly increase when the squelch economizer goes from the beginning of the pro to the middle and further decreases when passing from mid to late. Therefore, finned tubes are installed more rarely at the beginning of the economizer, more often in the middle and more rarely at the end. Since observable sweating of pipes, located at the end of the economizer and receiving cold water, favors fouling of the fins with bark, which causes a narrowing of the cross section, these pipes are more rarely installed. With the mutual arrangement of the ribbing of the tubes CTbix, they are laid in such a way that the ribs of two pipes adjacent in the flow direction are shifted relative to each other - ffa half a step (Fig. 3). This arrangement of the ribs is aimed at dissecting the pelvic stream into a larger number of streams, resulting in a more intensive washing of the heating surface with gases. The water flowing through the economizer is given such a direction of flow that the resulting steam is carried continuously to the current stream of water vertically upwards as far as possible towards hot gases. A tsl etog connection of the ends of the finned tubes makes- C so that all the water, the entrance to the lower row of tubes, would pass through all the tubes, would continuously rise upwards and at the highest point of the economizer would be diverted to the boiler. Subject Patent a. 1. A rib economizer consisting of horizontally laid pipes connected in series using external ones characterized by side metal walls 4.5 (Fig. 1-4) into circular holes 3, which, with sealing by rings 8 and gasket 7 in the grooves b, round end flanges of the ribbed tubes are inserted, in which in one of these walls it has holes 16 (Fig. 1) for blowers. 2. The form of the economizer described in paragraph 1, characterized in that it is performed with decreasing upwards and downwards, counting from the middle rows, the number of pipes in horizontal rows. 3. The form of economizer's performance described in paragraph 1 and 2, characterized in that the pipes of the adjacent horizontal rows are shifted relative to each other by half the pitch between the ribs (Fig. 3).
