Abstract

Изобретение относитс к транспортным устройствам дл перемещени выкатных подов нагревательных печей при их загрузке и выгрузке и может быть использовано, например, в термических и кузнечных цехах машиностроительных заводов. Цель изобретени - упрощение конструкции и повышение экономичности толкател в работе. В поду печи размещают две цилиндрические полости рабочего и обратного хода, в которых перемещаютс полые плунжеры с поршневым утолщением на передних своих концах. Полые плунжеры имеют отверсти в поршневой части, а их задние концы прикреплены к стенке печи. Плунжеры соединены с расположенной вне печи системой трубопроводов дл подачи воды. Воду подают в один из плунжеров в зависимости от стадии работы толкател (рабочий или обратный ход). Эффект от использовани получаетс за счет использовани тепла печи дл получени энергии привода перемещени и упрощени конструкции толкател . 2 ил.The invention relates to transport devices for moving the drawout hearths of heating furnaces during their loading and unloading and can be used, for example, in thermal and forging shops of engineering plants. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and increase the efficiency of the pusher in operation. In the hearth of the furnace are placed two cylindrical cavities of the working and reverse stroke, in which hollow plungers with piston thickening at their front ends move. The hollow plungers have holes in the piston section, and their rear ends are attached to the furnace wall. The plungers are connected to an external piping system for supplying water. Water is fed into one of the plungers, depending on the stage of operation of the pusher (working or reverse). The effect of use is obtained by using the heat of the furnace to obtain drive-drive energy and simplify the design of the pusher. 2 Il.

A hearth furnace with a roll-out heating chamber, a hearth movement mechanism, is distinguished by the fact that, in order to simplify the design and increase work efficiency, the hearth movement mechanism is made in the form of two cylindrical cavities placed in a hearth and installed in of them hollow plungers, one of which has an opening in the front side, the other in the opposite direction, while the plungers are fixed on the rear wall of the furnace and connected to the piping system for alternating water supply.
