Abstract
The invention relates to solar technology. The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design. Heliokaskad has a housing 1 with an inclined base 2, sides 3 around the perimeter and transparent fencing 4. Screen 2 (E) 5 is laid on base 2. Distribution pipe 6 is placed at the upper edge 3 for supplying water to Э 5, and at the bottom one is a collection tube 7 Drainage thresholds in the form of hoses 8 are installed across the flow of water to divert water from E 5. Retaining a flow layer of heated water over its entire area and emptying it after removing heat from it. E 5 is made of a polymer film, (and the base 2 can be a slope of the roof or an asphalted section of soil), and the sides are made of monolithic reinforced cement concrete. The hoses 8 are filled with sand, perforated and made of black polymer film. 1 il.
Description
The invention relates to solar technology, namely to low-temperature liquid solar heaters.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design.
The drawing shows a heliocascade, • section.
и 7·The heliocascade comprises a housing 1 with an inclined base 2, sides 3 along the j perimeter and a transparent fence 4, a screen 5 with transverse drainage thresholds laid on the base 2 and transverse distributor located in the upper and lower parts of the housing 1; new and prefabricated pipes 6. and 7 ·
2The fence 4, the screen 5 and the thresholds are made of polymer film, the latter being in the form of perforated hoses 8 filled with sand (not no-j cauldron), and the sides 3 are made of monolithic reinforced cement concrete. The inclined base 2 of the housing 1 can serve as a slope of the roof of the building or asphalt ground. 2
The heliocascade works as follows.
The water supplied by the pipe 6 to the screen 5 flows down it, draining through the hoses 8 and rolling, through them, heats and flows into the pipe 7 After the cease. When the solar radiation arrives at screen 5, the water supply stops. Water removes the remaining heat from the screen 5 and flows through the hoses 8, draining the screen 5 from the water.
Drainage thresholds hold the flowing layer of heated water over the entire area of the inclined screen and gravity empty the screen from water.
Полимерные экраны и шланги плохо смачиваются водой, что обеспечивает их быстрое опорожнение от воды после прекращения подачи последней .The use of polymers and other inexpensive materials expands the material base for the creation of the heliocascade, increases its service life and reduces capital intensity. Polymer screens and hoses are poorly wetted with water, which ensures their rapid emptying from water after the supply of the latter has ceased.
