Изобретение относитс к устройствам дл наполнени банок плодами, овощами и другими продуктами. Цель изобретени - предотвращение повреждени плодов и банок. Устройство содержит загрузочный бункер 1, подающий транспортер 2, отвод щий транспортер 3, горизонтальный барабан 5 с продольными лопатками 6, шнековый разделитель 10, замкнутый цепной транспортер 11 с носител ми 13 банок 4 и воронками 14. Банки 4 с интервалом подаютс в барабан 5, захватываютс носител ми 13 и перемещаютс по вибропланкам, а через воронки 14 посредством лопаток 6 плоды попадают в банки 4. 5 ил.This invention relates to devices for filling cans with fruits, vegetables, and other products. Claim

A device for filling cans with fruits, comprising a loading hopper, supply and outlet conveyors for cans, a horizontal rotary vane-mounted horizontal drum with longitudinal blades on the inner surface, longitudinal vibroplanks and a guide, a loading device and a drive, characterized in that that, in order to prevent damage to fruits and cans, it is equipped with a screw separator for the formation of the intervals between the fed to the drum n cans and located along vibroplanks and the guide with a closed chain conveyor, on the links of which can carriers are fixed for moving them on vibroplanes at a given interval, and the loading device is made in the form of funnels fixed on each can carrier to transfer the fruit to the can placed in it, this horizontal drum, auger separator and a chain conveyor kinematically connected to each other to synchronize their movement.
