Abstract
2 з.п. The invention relates to filter technology, namely, devices for cleaning liquids from contamination, and can be used to clean fuel in feed systems to combustion chambers and food juices from suspensions. The aim of the invention is to simplify the regeneration efficiency. The filter consists of two spirally wound filter walls. At the same time, the partitions are made with edge thickenings, in which the channels are made. The ends of the spiral with channels facing the feed and discharge nozzles. The liquid enters through the pipe 9, is pre-cleaned, then goes through both filter walls and exits the other sides of the walls through the channels facing the outlet pipe 8. The bulges can be made in the form of Tauri or on one side of the filter walls. The filter can be disassembled for separate washing of each of the filter barriers if its regeneration by countercurrent fluid was ineffective. 2 hp f-ly, 5 ill.

The invention relates to filter technology, namely, devices for cleaning liquids from mechanical impurities.
The purpose of the invention is to simplify the design and increase the efficiency of filter regeneration.
FIG. 1 shows a filter, a longitudinal section; in fig. 2 is a view A of FIG. 1 (per roll of filter belts); in fig. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. 2 (longitudinal section with an increase in two co-folded tapes); in fig. k and 5 are axonometric projections of filter belts.
The filter consists of body 1, which is closed by a lid 2. Inside the body, on the rod, three screws secure two metal-ceramic partitions in the form of tapes 5 and 6, spiral-wound onto the rod 3. Sealing gaskets 7 are placed at the ends of the width of the tape. nozzle 8, and a feeding nozzle 9 on the lid 9. The ring gasket 10 seals the space between the roll of filter belts and the housing 1. The filter septum tape 5 is made in the form of a strip with a continuous thickening 11 on one side of the longitudinal edge and Channel 12 on the other hand. The second longitudinal edge of the same tape is assimilated to the first.
Two tapes of filter material are stacked with one another. The filter works as follows. The contaminated liquid enters the filter housing 1 through the feed nozzle 9 and through the channels of the spiral end in the thickening 12 enters between two belts of filter material along the entire length of the belts. Further, it passes through the filtering material (Fig. 3), leaving it on its surface and in the pores of the soil, and exits the cleaned through channels in the other end of the helix. From the housing 1, the purified liquid exits through the nozzle 8. The protrusions in the honeycomb are chosen so that the channels that are formed carry out a preliminary rough cleaning of the liquid. When unscrewing the cover coarse
примеси могут быть легко удалены с торца спирали, фильтр полностью разобран , а ленты промыты с целью восстановлени забитых пор, если это не удалось осуществить без разборки фильтра с помощью противотока жидкости .impurities can be easily removed from the end of the helix, the filter is completely disassembled, and the tapes are rinsed to restore clogged pores if this could not be done without disassembling the filter using backflow of liquid.
Tapes can be made with edge bulges in the form of Tauris (Fig. 4), as well as on the one hand (Fig. 5). At the same time, one edge has a continuous thickening, while the other is intermittent. At the same time, tapes should be folded up; the reference point should be channels alternately to inlet and outlet nozzles. With a large width of ribbons, it is possible to make additional rows of intermittent thickenings in the middle part of the ribbons to eliminate the deflection of the ribbons.
The use of the invention allows, with a single type of rolled metal-ceramic ribbons, to wind the filter without additional longitudinal gaskets or press powder, which is subsequently sintered and makes the filter non-maintainable.
The use of metal-ceramic ribbons simplifies filter assembly technology and equipment.
