Abstract
Изобретение относитс к устройствамдл механической очистки сточных вод, содержащих взвешенные вещества, путем их осаждени и последующего сгребани и удалени осадка. Цель изобретени - повышение качества очистки сточных вод. Устройство содержит цилиндричекую емкость (ЦЕ), подвод щую и отвод щую системы, криволинейные скребки, цевочный механизм вращени , включающий привод, соединенный с зубчатым колесом, взаимодействующим с цевочным колесом (ЦК), камеру дл сбора осадка. Скребки консольно закреплены на ЦК и выполнены полыми с продольными щелевыми отверсти ми, ЦК выполнено полым и содержит радиальные патрубки, при этом диаметр ЦК меньше радиуса ЦЕ. Зубчатое колесо соединено с приводом посредством вертикального вала, установлено эксцентрично оси ЦЕ, а полости скребков, ЦК, радиальных патрубков и камеры дл сбора осадка последовательно соединены. Качество очистки сточных вод повышаетс за счет отсутстви в отстойной зоне вращающихс элементов привода скребков и не происходит взмучивани жидкости и вынос взвешенных частиц. Достаточно малый диаметр ЦК привода по сравнению с диаметром ЦЕ придает универсальность приводу вращени скребков. 4 ил.The invention relates to devices for mechanical treatment of wastewater containing suspended solids by sedimentation and subsequent raking and removal of sludge. Scrapers are cantilever-mounted on the CC and are made hollow with longitudinal slotted holes, the CC is hollow and contains radial nozzles, while the diameter of the CC is less than the radius of the CE. The gear wheel is connected to the drive by means of a vertical shaft, it is mounted eccentrically to the axis CE, and the cavities of the scrapers, the central valve, the radial nozzles and the sludge collection chamber are connected in series. The quality of wastewater treatment is improved due to the absence in the settling zone of rotating elements of the drive of the scrapers and the liquid does not agitate and no suspended particles are carried out. The sufficiently small diameter of the central drive in comparison with the diameter of the CEE makes the rotation drive of the scrapers universal. 4 il.
