Изобретение относитс  к электротехнике и может быть использовано дл  одноразового включени  тиристора. Цель изобретени  - обеспечение возможности одноразового отпирани  тиристора. С этой целью нагрузка 2 зашунтирована цепочкой из последовательно соединенных резистора 10 и светодиода тиристорной оптопары 9, фототиристор которой подключен параллельно либо конденсатору 5, либо диоду 4. В результате при включении тиристора 1 возбуждаетс  светодиод тиристорной оптопары 9, включаетс  ее фототиристор и после включени  тиристора 1 конденсатор 5 разр жаетс  через фототиристор оптопары 9. Управл ющий переход тиристора 1 исключаетс  из цепи протекани  тока разр да конденсатора 5.
