Abstract
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению, предназначено дл балансировки шлифовальных кругов на ходу, позвол ет повысить надежность за счет уменьшени трени в подвижных соединени х и расширить технологические возможности за счет работы в разных режимах. Балансирующее устройство содержит корректирующий узел в виде закрепл емого на шлифовальном круге цилиндрического корпуса с отделени ми дл балансировочной жидкости, подача которой осуществл етс узлом подачи, соединенным с источником и распределителем жидкости. Узел подачи выполнен в виде дополнительного корпуса 7 с цилиндрической полостью, разделенной поперечной перегородкой 8. Входной 9 и выходной 10 каналы выполнены по разные стороны перегородки 8. В полости размещен шток 11 с кольцевым выступом 12, в дополнительном корпусе и на штоке со стороны выходного канала 10 закреплена мембрана 13. На штоке с возможностью перемещени в пределах зазора Δ установлен плунжер 14. Усилие на шток при подаче балансировочной жидкости передаетс либо нажатием на кнопку 15, либо включением электромагнита 16. Балансировочна жидкость вначале подаетс непрерывно, а затем в импульсном режиме из полости под мембраной 13, дл чего шток перемещаетс только на величину зазора Δ. 2 ил.The invention relates to mechanical engineering, is intended for balancing grinding wheels on the go, improves reliability by reducing friction in moving joints and expanding technological capabilities by operating in different modes. The force on the rod when the balancing fluid is supplied is transmitted either by pressing the button 15 or by switching on the electromagnet 16.
