Description
The invention relates to medical equipment, namely to prostheses.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the service life and reduce the likelihood of the formation of granulation tissue.
The drawing shows an endoprosthesis, a longitudinal section.
12.The hip joint implant contains an acetabular endoprosthesis in the form of a cup I with a spherical cavity 'and curly removable spikes 2, a femoral endoprosthesis in the form of an intraosseous shaft 3 with a neck 4 and a removable head 5, a polymeric cuff with corrugated in the transverse and longitudinal directions and ring parts 6 7, a sealed cavity 8 with lubricating fluid, a polymer cap 9 with a shoulder 10, and a support ring 11 provided with screws 12.
The work of the endoprosthesis of the hip joint is as follows.
The detachable head 5 slides along the polymer cap 9, moreover, with a rotational movement around the axis of the neck 4, the annular part 6 with longitudinal corrugations is deformed, and with a rotational movement around an axis perpendicular to the axis of the neck 4, the annular part 7 with transverse corrugations. With complex movement, the longitudinal and transverse corrugations work simultaneously, providing rotation of the head 5 relative to the cup 1 of the acetabulum.
The installation of the intraosseous rod 3 and cup 1 with a removable head 5, which is attached to the cup 1 by means of a shoulder 10, a support ring 11 and screws 12, is carried out separately. The position at which the head 5 is assembled with the neck 4, the intraosseous shaft 3, is selected so that after the operation, when bending to the first half of the volume, the longitudinal corrugations of the annular part 6 occupy a position parallel to the axis of the neck 4, then when bending to the second half of the corrugation volume will deform in the opposite 5 direction. This assembly allows you to reduce the angle of rotation of the longitudinal corrugations by half and, thereby, reduce their deformation. In addition, the implementation of the head 5 removable provide? the possibility of replacing it together with a tightly assembled 1 ° polymer cap 9, without simultaneously removing the intraosseous shaft 3 and cup G, which reduces the invasiveness of this operation, and the cap 9, made of elastic polymer material, plays the role of a shock absorber during movement.
