Abstract
The invention relates to a conveyor machinery industry and is intended for the transport of bulk materials in all sectors of the national economy. The goal is to increase the durability and reliability of the working body by uniformly distributing the load on all the scrapers mounted on the working cable of the working body. Springs 3 are placed between the scrapers, connected to them and covering the drag cable 1 with the possibility of moving along it along with the scrapers 2. The amount of movement of the scrapers 2 is determined by the friction between the cable 1 and the scrapers 2 with springs 3 and the resistance of the transported material to movement. When transporting goods, the gaps between the hubs of the scrapers 2 and the cable 1 are clogged with particles of the cargo being moved, therefore the friction is great. The movement of the scrapers 2 along the cable 1 is small or it is completely absent, therefore the wear of the cable 1 is insignificant. When overloading the conveyor or jamming the working body of the cable breakage or breakage of the scrapers 2 does not occur, because with a fixed cable 1, the scrapers 2 slide along it, accumulating on the idle branch. 3 il.

The invention relates to the design of the working bodies of tubular scraper conveyors used to transport bulk materials in all sectors of the national economy.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the durability and reliability of the working body by uniformly distributing the load on all the scrapers.
FIG. 1 shows a segment of the working body of a tubular scraper conveyor; in fig. 2 - a segment of the working body located on the section of the linear pipe with no local forces acting on the scrapers; in fig. 3 - the same, when acting on a separate scraper of a concentrated force R.
The working body of the tubular scraper conveyor contains a cable 1, on which scrapers 2 are located, interconnected by springs 3, the turns of which encompass cable 1 with the possibility of moving springs 3 and scrapers 2 along it. The ends of springs 3 are connected to scrapers by any known method . The force of elasticity of the springs at maximum deformation is much greater than the strength of the friction between the scrapers and the cable.
The working organ of the tubular scraper conveyor operates as follows.
Between the surface of the cable 1 and the surface of the hole in the hub of the scraper 2 there is some sliding friction, the magnitude of which, in general, is determined by the material of the rubbing surfaces, the size of the gap between the sliding surfaces, and the nature of the transported material. When a force acting on the scraper 2, greater than the value of the friction rest force between its hub and cable 1, it begins to shift towards the action of this force (for example, in the moment of engagement with the drive wheel of the conveyor, as this is the most unfavorable event). The spring 3, which binds it to another scraper, is expanded by a certain amount against the direction of action of the applied force, and as soon as its elastic force exceeds the force of friction, the scraper's rest, it will also begin to shift towards the force. In the same way, a few more scrapers will shift. A similar picture will be observed on the other side of the subject.
Процесс будет продолжатьс до тех пор, пока суммарна силаthe scraper - in the direction of the applied force, only the springs will not be stretched, but compressed. The process will continue as long as the total force
Таким образом, величина перемещени the friction of the hubs of the scrapers 2 and the turns of the springs 3 about the cable 1 will not become equal to the applied force P. From this moment the scrapers 2 and the cable 1 will move as one piece until they enter into engagement with the drive col. the cattle of the next scraper, after which another scraper will start moving, following the last scraper in the previous period against the direction of the applied force. Thus, the amount of movement
5 of the scrapers is determined by the friction between the cable 1 and the scrapers with springs, as well as the resistance of the transported material to movement, reducing the movement of the scrapers. When transporting goods, the gaps between the hubs of the scrapers and the cable will be clogged with particles of the cargo being moved, therefore friction will be great. As a result, the movement of the scrapers 2 along the cable 1 will be small or they may not exist at all, as a result of which wear
5 of the latter will be insignificant, and the designs of devices operating in tandem with the working organ remain unchanged. When the conveyor is overloaded or the working body is jammed on any part of the conveyor pipe, the cable is broken or breaks
0 scrapers 2 does not occur, since with a fixed cable 1, scrapers 2 will slide along it, accumulating on the idle branch (the springs are compressed) until the engine stops or the cable does not drive to the drive wheel
5 scrapers.
