либо вход т в чейку ротора 5, вытесн из нее часть материала, либо вы- ход т, и объем чейки увеличиваетс .either it enters the rotor cell 5, displaces a part of the material from it, or goes out, and the cell volume increases.
Питатель-дозатор содерлсит также формуюций ролик 12, расположенный на выходе чейки из загрузочной воронки 4 и установленный в подшипниках корпуса питател -дозатора (не показано ) .The feeder-dispenser also contains the formations of the roller 12, located at the outlet of the cell from the feed hopper 4 and installed in the bearings of the feeder-feeder housing (not shown).
11.The forming roller is driven by a chain transmission from the axis of the scraper 13, connected through the gear 14 to the rotor 5, and rotates synchronously with it. The scraper 15 provides for the complete removal of material from the rotor cell 5 and consists of two overlapping plates, one of which 16 can be rearranged on the axis 13 in accordance with the position of the adjustment segments 11.
11.Portions of the material being metered fall into the discharge chamber 17. In order to avoid material getting between the forming roller 12 and the adjusting segment 11 and the mechanism jamming, a safety knife 1B is provided, which is fixed to the body of the feeder and exhibited in accordance with the position of the adjusting segments 11.
Feeder-dispenser works as follows.
The dosing material is loaded into the storage bin 1, in which the rotating agitator 2 separates it from the walls of the bunker 1 and advances into the discharge funnel 4 of the feeder. At the entrance to the feed funnel 4, a pressing blade 3 is installed, fixed to the end of the shaft of the agitator 2 and rotating with it. As a result of this, crushing of lumps of material occurs, which is a wet, soft, abrasive fine powder, prone to clumping. Then the material enters the rotor 5 and, moving with its cell, passes under the molding of the 1M roller 12. In this case, the dose is molded in the volume of the rotor cell 5, and the material is compacted to a constant volumetric weight.
Since the volume of the weight of the material may vary depending on the technological parameters of production, the design of the proposed battel provides for the possibility of

При этом происходит перемещение пальца 9, пропущенного сквозь пазы вала ротора 5 и соедин ющего т гу 8 с подвижной втулкой 10, котора давит на стенку 6 ротора 5, привод ее в движение.possibility of adjusting the cell volume to adjust the weight of the dose. This is done in the following way. When the screw 7 is rotated into the axial bore of the rotor shaft 5, ton ha 8, attached to the inner end of the screw 7, it makes a translational motion. When this occurs, the finger 9, passed through the grooves of the rotor shaft 5 and connecting the connecting rod 8 with the movable sleeve 10, which presses against the wall 6 of the rotor 5, moves it in motion.
6.The complete removal of the dose of material from the rotor cell 5 is carried out by a scraper 15 consisting of two overlapping plates, the position of one of which 16 depends on the position of the adjustment segments 11 located on the movable wall 6.
17.In order to avoid material falling between the forming roller 12 and the adjusting segment 11 and jamming of the mechanism, as well as in accordance with the position of the adjusting segment 11, a safety knife 18 mounted on the housing of the feeder-dispenser is exposed. The resulting operation, the dose of material enters the discharge chamber 17.
14.The feeder-dispenser is designed to work as part of a chemical reagent packaging line paired with a packaging machine. To ensure synchronism of the feeder and palletizing machine, the rotor 5 is rotated from the palletizing machine drive, and to ensure synchronism of rotation of the scraper 15 and the forming roller 12 with the rotor 5, a reducer 14 is provided in the feeder feeder design.
The use in the proposed invention of the movable wall of the rotor, the adjusting segments placed on it, the pressing blades fixed on the end of the agitator shaft and operating according to the principle of a propeller, a forming roller and a safety knife located between the forming roller and the adjusting segment provide compared to the known feeders the advantages of creating the discharge and dosing of not only compressed caking materials, but also of wet, soft, abrasive fine
