The invention relates to medical technology and can be used to stimulate biologically active zones of the foot.
The aim of the invention is to expand the functionality due to the synchronous pulsed electro-action and pressure on the foot zone.
Figure 1 shows the medical insole, general view; figure 2 is the same top view.
п.).The insole consists of two flat current-conducting elastic upper 1 and lower 2 layers. The top layer of leather (cloth, plastic, etc.), the bottom layer of any self-adhesive material (adhesive tape, adhesive film, etc.).
Grooves 3 are made in the upper layer 1, and ferroelectric element 4 with positive 5 and negative .6 poles is placed between the layers in the region of the fiber. The negative pole 6 is connected by a conductor 7 with the active electrode 8, having the shape of a pin, the positive pole 5 is connected by an insulated conductor 9 with a passive electrode 10, having an arbitrary shape.
8.The bottom layer 2 is self-adhesive and serves to fix the ferro electric element 4 and the active electrode 8.
Medical insole is used as follows.
The active electrode 8 is inserted into the groove 3 of the upper perforated layer 1 in the desired user area of the reflex impact on the biologically active points of the plantar surface of the foot and fixed with the bottom layer 2, after which the insole is inserted into the shoes. Passive electrode 10 is fixed, for example, with adhesive tape on any convenient for the user the leg skin area.
During walking, jumping, heels pressure on the surface of the upper layer 1 of the insole. This force is transmitted to the ferroelectric element 4, as a result of which at its poles 5 and 6 there are various polarity charges.

A negative charge goes through the conductor 7 to the active electrode 8 to the stimulation zone, and the positive

10.charge through conductor 9 to passive electrode 10.
Thus, a pulsed effect is made periodically with each support on the foot in the area of the sole surface of the foot.
Simultaneous acupressure effect on the stimulation zone is carried out due to the protruding active electrode 8 above the upper layer of the insole 1. The dimensions of the active electrode 8 can be increased in diameter and the diameters of the holes 3 in the upper layer 1 of the insole can be changed accordingly, which ensures the implementation of stimulation not only of biologically active points, but also whole reflexogenic zones of the plantar surface of the foot.
The therapeutic insole allows the combined electrical and acupressure stimulation of selected areas of the sole in the process of natural movements of a person with a frequency of 40-180 exposures per minute (walking frequency), which does not cause negative subjective reactions.
Since the magnitude of the electric charge arising in the ferroelectric element 4 is directly proportional to the force of the exact pressure, this pressure is a function of the delayed stimulation mode: the stronger the user will put pressure on the needle, the greater the stimulus pulse. In this case, the amplitude of the pulsed electric action may vary from 25 to 40 µA.
Stimulation of reflex points and sole areas is indicated for all age groups, and in some diseases it can be used as an independent method of treatment, and also serves as a good supportive treatment that enhances other methods of influence on the body.
Изобретение характеризуетс широкими функциональными возможност ми и полной безопасностью, не имеет медицинских противопоказаний к применению .The invention is characterized by broad functionality and complete safety, has no medical contraindications to use.
