Abstract
The invention is intended for electrosearch and subsequent nerve blockade. The purpose of the invention is to localize the electrical contact of the needle-electrode with the biological tissues during electro-search of a nerve. The needle-electrode consists of a cannula, a hollow metal cylinder 1, a non-porous ceramic coating 2, and a point contact element 3. When electrically searching for a nerve, the needle cannula is connected to a current source, the needle is guided in the direction of the nerve, and the amplitude of the stimuli is measured. When the amplitude reaches zero, the needle comes into contact with the nerve. After that, anesthesia is performed by injecting the desired drug. 1 il.

д.The invention relates to medical technology, is intended to conduct electrical search and nerve blockade, and can be used in n anesthesiology, neurology, surgery, neurosurgery, etc.
The purpose of the invention is to localize the electrical contact of the needle-electrode with the biological tissues during electroenergizing of the nerve.
The drawing shows the needle electrode
The needle electrode consists of a kankshi (not shown), a hollow metal cylinder 1, onto which a non-porous ceramic coating 2 is applied, and in the sharpening area there is an uninsulated portion 3, which is a point contact element.
When conducting an electric search, one of the poles of an electric stimulator with an adjustable amplitude of stimuli is connected to the needle cannula. The needle is passed through the tissues in the direction of the nerve, and as we approach the nerve using the intensity of muscle contractions caused by electrical stimulation, as a guideline to determine the distance between the needle and the nerve, the amplitude of the stimuli gradually decreases. When the amplitude reaches zero amplitude, the needle comes into contact with the nerve, which can be controlled by causing mechanical irritation of the nerve with the needle. During the manipulation, the current of the electrical stimulus reaches the nerve, the passage through the tissues surrounding the nerve from the point of contact of the needle with the tissues, i.e. from section 3 of the uninsulated surface to the nerve. Therefore, in the electric search, the distance between

иглой и нервом тождественно рассто нию между участком неизолированной поверхности на теле иглы и нервом, а точность поиска и одно: начность окончательного положени иглы относительно нерва при завершении поиска непосредственно зависит от расположени и степени локализации участка неизолированной поверхности на теле иглы.the needle and nerve are identical to the distance between the uninsulated surface area on the needle body and the nerve, and the accuracy of the search and one thing: the level of the final needle position relative to the nerve at the end of the search directly depends on the location and degree of localization of the uninsulated surface area on the needle body.
Anesthesia is then performed by injecting the desired drug.
Использование беспористого керамического покрыти позвол ет получить надежную электрическую изол цию всей поверхности тела иглы и при этом обеспечить в любом месте на поверхности тела иглы заданные участки неизолированной поверхности любой степени локализации при уменьшении тoлшJ ны покрыти .The use of a non-porous ceramic coating makes it possible to obtain reliable electrical insulation of the entire surface of the needle body and at the same time ensure that, in any place on the surface of the needle body, specified areas of the non-insulated surface of any degree of localization while reducing the thickness of the coating.
