Abstract
FIELD: aircraft engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has parallelogram mechanism and is coupled with leading-edge slat 10 to be tested through hydraulic cylinders 7,8 and with movable base 2 through rockers 4,5. One rotates base 2 synchronously with leading-edge slat 10 to be tested. In so doing axes of rotation of leading-edge slat 10 and base 2 are coincident.
