Abstract
1 з.п. The invention relates to a cryogenic technique and makes it possible to increase the reliability of the design, reduce the heat leakage to the cryogenic liquid, and increase its storage time with the gas discharge closed. The cryogenic tank consists of a housing 1 and a mixer consisting of an impeller 2, a partition 3 having vertical and inclined sections and separating the gas cavity and the volume filled with liquid into two parts. Moreover, the gas cavity is divided by an inclined section into two unequal volumes interconnected by a pipeline 4 with a normally closed electropneumatic valve 6. The pressure in a gas cushion with a smaller volume with the same natural heat leakage is greater. Under the action of this pressure difference, the fluid is displaced into the volume with less pressure. When the liquid reaches the level at which the 5 level alarm device is located, the latter gives a signal to open the electropneumatic valve 6 and the pressure in the volumes is equalized through the pipeline. Flows formed during equalization of pressures and fluid levels in volumes create conditions for unwinding of the impeller 2, which, rotating, mixes the fluid and reduces its temperature separation. 1 hp f-ly, 1 ill.

The invention relates to low-temperature technology devices, namely, tanks for storing or transporting liquefied gases, and can be used for these purposes in various industrial sectors, in transport and other objects of national economy, where it is necessary to form some gas reserves.
The purpose of the invention is to reduce the heat leakage to the liquid, increase the reliability of the design and intensify the mixing of the liquid.
The drawing schematically shows a cryogenic tank, a longitudinal section,
6.The cryogenic tank consists of a / casing 1 and a mixer consisting of a ratchet 2, a lamellar partition 3 with vertical and inclined sections, a pipeline 4, a liquid level level indicator 5 and an electropneumatic valve. 6
The tank works as follows.
In the process of long-term storage of liquid with a closed gas discharge, as a result of heat leakage, a convective layer is formed through the thermal insulation around the walls of the reservoir, the mass of which increases in height. The significant D1el heat influx accumulates in this layer and is carried out in the form of a heated liquid to the interface. The upper heat gain, causing: heating of the upper layer of liquid, does not create conditions for its end
вективного перемешивани и тем самым способствует температурному рас слоению, которое вызывает более быстрый рост давлени в сравнении с равномерным прогревом.effective mixing and thus promotes temperature stratification, which causes a more rapid pressure increase in comparison with uniform heating.
Due to the different volumes of the gas cavities that are created by the inclined section of the partition 3, the pressure in the gas cushion with a smaller volume will be greater. Under the action of more pressure created in the gas cushion

With a smaller volume, the liquid will be displaced from volume I to volume II (drawing). When the liquid attains in 11 the volume at which the level 5 alarm device is located, the latter sends a signal to open the electro-pneumatic valve 6 and thus, through pipe 4, the pressures in the gas pillows volumes I and II are equalized, and, as a result, fluid levels in these volumes.
7.The streams formed when the fluid levels in volumes I and II are entered are created conditions for spinning the spout 2, which, rotating, mixes the fluid in the reservoir, which is further promoted by the plates.
In comparison with the known, the proposed reservoir allows to reduce the heat leakage to the liquid, while increasing reliability through the use of a mechanical mixer without a drive.
