Abstract
The invention relates to inkjet technology, mainly pumping units for pumping formation fluids from wells. The aim of the invention is to increase reliability by simplifying the design. The well pump installation contains a lifting pipe 1 with a profiled inlet pipe (PP) 2 placed in the latter with the possibility of axial movement by a jet pump (CH) 3 with an active nozzle (AC) 4, a displacement chamber 5, a diffuser 6 and passive medium supply channels (CPS ) 7, with the outer surface 8 of CH 3 made in the form of a two-stage differential piston with the formation of a larger step 9 of the latter and a PP2 of the vacuum chamber (VK) 10. VK 10 communicated with CPS 7 CH 3. The active medium, which has flowed out of AC 4, carries it into 5 mixes passive with redoo At the same time, the active medium, which has expired from AC 4, creates a vacuum in VC 10. As a result, due to the pressure difference in VC 10 and behind CH 3, the latter is reliably held in PP 2. Thus, the VC 10 message with CPS 7 allows you to reliably fix CH 3 , which leads to increased reliability of the downhole pumping unit. 1 il. If it is necessary to work on killing or flushing the well, the liquid medium required for this is supplied as the active medium, and the pressure of the active medium is increased above the working fluid, which causes movement of the spool 8, shutting off the active medium supply to the active nozzle 4 and communication of the annulus 10 with flushing pipeline 7 and a vertical channel 11. Thus, by performing a vertical channel, the productivity of flushing and killing the well is increased. 1 il.

3.Borehole pump installation WITH - presents a lifting pipe 1 with a profiled inlet pipe 2 placed in the latter with the possibility of axial movement by a jet pump 3 with an active nozzle k, a mixing chamber 5, a diffuser 6 and channels 7 for supplying a passive medium, and the outer surface 8 of the pump 3 is made in the form of a two-stage differential piston with the formation of a larger step 9 of the latter and the receiving nozzle 2 of the vacuum chamber 10. The vacuum chamber 10 communicates with the channels 7 supplying the passive medium of the nass 3.
A well pump installation works as follows.
3.reliably held in the inlet nozzle 2. To lift the jet pump 3 to the surface, the pressure of the active medium increases above the nominal mode to the design level, which leads to an increase in pressure from the active nozzle, excess suction force created by the vacuum chamber 10, and washing the jet pump 3
Thus, the communication of the vacuum chamber with the passive medium supply channels allows the jet pump to be reliably fixed without increasing its dimensions, which leads to an increase in the reliability of the downhole pumping unit.
