Abstract
п. The invention relates to foundry and can be applied in the production of working bodies of crushing equipment, in particular, the teeth of the bucket of quarry excavators from high manganese steel and other parts made from this steel, working under conditions of impact abrasive wear. The aim of the invention is to increase the wear resistance and durability of the properties of castings having thermal units. In the cavity of the mold, which forms the thermal unit, an internal refrigerator is installed in the form of a shell filled with a mixture of ferromanganese and high carbon steel granules with a ratio of 0.125-0.2. The thickness of the shell of the steel tube 0.5-1.5 mm. After pouring the mold into steel, the shells melt and the granules enter into contact with the melt. Due to the large surface area of the granules, their melting occurs much faster than that of solid internal refrigerators. This makes it possible to eliminate shrinkage defects and hot cracks, grind the steel structure and increase its wear resistance by 10-12%. 1 hp f-ly, 1 ill.

The aim of the invention is to improve the wear resistance and strength properties of castings having thermal units.
The goal is achieved by the fact that an internal cooler having a chemical composition identical to that of the cast steel is installed in the heat casting unit. The internal refrigerator is made in the form of a shell filled with a mixture of ferromanganese granules and high carbon steel with a ratio of ingredients
0.125-0.2. A steel tube with a wall thickness of 0.5-1.5 mm is used for the internal refrigerator.

A tooth weighing 130 kg with a massive thermal knot was cast. Before assembly into the cavity of the mold, internal refrigerators were installed in the amount of 4 pcs. in the form of tubes with a diameter of 10 mm. The wall thickness of the tube is 1 mm. The tubes are filled with a mixture of ferromanganese granules and high carbon steel taken in a ratio of 0.125-0.2. The mass of the refrigerator is usually 0.3-3.5% of the mass of the heat source.
