Особенность описываемой установки заключаетс в том, что она выполнена с передвигающейс по замкнутому контуру канавки электротележкой , котора снабн ена двум роторными рабочими органами скребкового тина, прицепными скребками и направл ющим устройством . Поворотна вертикальна рама устройства и сочлененный с ней щарнирный четырехзвенник несут на себе два вертикально и четыре горизонтально расположенных ролика.
