Abstract
Изобретение относитс к машиностроению и может быть использовано дл соединени валов машин и механизмов в услови х радиальных смещений и динамических нагрузок. Цель изобретени - повышение долговечности муфты путем обеспечени самоцентрировани плавающей втулки и уменьшени динамических нагрузок. Зубь полумуфт 4, 5 наход тс в зацеплении с бочкообразными или пр мыми зубь ми венцов 2, 3 плавающей втулки 1. Хвостовики 8, 9 полумуфт 4, 5 расположены внутри втулки 1 и имеют размещенные равномерно по окружности сферические выступы 25, на которых установлены центрирующие элементы в виде полусфер 26, контактирующие при вращении с наружной поверхностью выемок 24 плавающей втулки 1. В образовавшийс зазор клиновидной формы между полусферами 26 и сферическими выступами 25 поступает смазка под давлением с двух сторон. В результате этого возникает гидродинамическое давление, которое, воздействует посредством полусфер 26 равномерно по окружности на внутреннюю поверхность втулки, удерживает ее в среднем положении. 3 ил.The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used to connect the shafts of machines and mechanisms under conditions of radial displacements and dynamic loads.
