Abstract
п. The invention relates to the oil and gas industry. The goal is to increase the efficiency of the insulation by increasing the resistance of the insulation of the material to erosion and dissolution by drilling fluids circulating in the well. To do this, an aqueous solution of carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) or polyacrylamide (PKA) is additionally injected into the well before and after the injection of the heated highly concentrated solution of calcium chloride. Aqueous solutions of CMC and PKA are heated before injection to temperatures not lower than those of an aqueous solution of calcium chloride. While using aqueous solutions of CMC and PKA with a concentration of 3 to 5 wt.%. 1 hp ff, 1 tab.
Description
The invention relates to the drilling of oil, gas and exploration wells, and in particular to methods for isolating permeable formations in low temperature wells.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the efficiency of the insulation by increasing the resistance of the insulation material to erosion and dissolution by flushing fluids circulating in the well.
The method is carried out as follows.
In the measuring tanks of the cementing unit (CA) or a separate container bound with CA, a polymeric aqueous solution of polyacrylamide (PAA) and carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) and a highly concentrated solution of calcium chloride are prepared separately. The buffer polymer solution is heated to a temperature not lower than the temperature of the main insulating material (60-80 ° C), and the main insulating composition is heated to 60-65 C by dissolving chloride, calcium (CaCl) due to the exothermic dissolution reaction. A buffer of polymer, a highly concentrated calcium chloride solution and again a polymer buffer are sequentially pumped into the permeable formation. The initial injection temperature I of the main cement slurry is determined by the calculated SWIT
