Description
The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to heat treatment methods, and can be used in the hardening of large rotor blanks of turbines and turbogenerators of nuclear and thermal power plants.
The purpose of the invention is to improve the quality of products.
The drawing shows the enlarged shank.
The enlarged shank of 25Kh2NMFA steel is heated to and kept at this temperature for 5 hours. Thereafter, controlled hardening is carried out in a cooling unit of the Kramatorsk plant Energomashspetsstal. The required flow of sprayed water for cooling various sections of the enlarged shank is provided by the number of spray nozzles and their rows involved, the distance between the cooled surface and the nozzles, and the water pressure at their inlet,
The table shows the mechanical properties of the rotor metal in dependence on the specific flow rate of water supplied to the disk and tail parts of the enlarged shank.
The greatest uniformity of cooling is achieved when applying to the end and cylindrical surfaces of disks of the 4th 5th stage (marked I in the drawing) and a groove between them of sprayed water with a specific flow rate of 14-20 m / m. h, and on the cylindrical surface of the tail

ных зон дисковой и хвостовой частей, укрупненного хвостовика составл ют соответственно 250 и 270 с/ч и превьшают критическую скорость закалки дл этой марки стали, равную 220°С/ч, Это га- Q рантирует получение бейнитных структур по всему сечению заготовки, обладающих высоким комплексом служебных свойств.parts (in the drawing it is designated P) - the sprayed water with a specific expense of 2,5 - 9 m- / m h (in the table the mode No. 1, 2 and Z). At the same time the cooling rate is central. disk and tail areas, the enlarged shank are, respectively, 250 and 270 s / h and exceed the critical quenching rate for this steel, equal to 220 ° C / h. This ensures that bainite structures are obtained throughout the entire section of the billet. complex service properties.
ч наблюдаетс значительна неоднородность механических свойств и 20 большие температурные перепады по длине хвостовика (в таблице режим 4),When cooling the surfaces of the disks of the 4th and 5th stages and the groove between them f5 with sprayed water with a specific flow rate of more than, h, and the cylindrical surface of the tail section more than 9h, considerable heterogeneity of mechanical properties and 20 large temperature differences along the length of the shank are observed ( in the table mode 4),
When cooling the surfaces of the discs of the 4th and 5th steps and the groove between them with sprayed water with a specific flow rate of 25 less than 14 m / m, h, and the cylindrical surface of the tail part less than 2.5 h, the cooling speed of the central zones of the shank is not provided critical, which leads Q to form pearlitic transformation products and, in conjunction with this, to decrease
5) ,mechanical properties (in the table mode 5),
счет выравнивани скоростей охлаждени различных участков детали сложной конфигурации, в результате чего улучшаетс равномерность охлаждени и повышаетс однородность механических свойств по длине издели .The advantages of the proposed quenching method are in improving the quality of the product, which is achieved in the past. by equalizing the cooling rates of various parts of a complex configuration, as a result of which the cooling uniformity is improved and the uniformity of the mechanical properties along the length of the product is increased.
