Изобретение относитс к медицинской технике, а именно к устройствам дл хирургического лечени больных сколиозом. Целью изобретени вл етс обеспечение возможности лечени кифосколиотической деформации путем коррекции угла наклона фиксации. Дл этого в устройстве упор 2 снабжен сменной втулкой 6, контактирующей со ступен ми стержн 1. Втулка 6 установлена на винте 5 и выполн етс с различным наружным диаметром. Кроме того, передн стенка 9 паза 4 упора наклонена к опорной нижней поверхности последнего. 3 ил.The invention relates to medical technology, namely to devices for the surgical treatment of patients with scoliosis.
