Abstract
This invention relates to antifriction alloys. The aim of the invention is to increase the wear resistance of coatings and reduce the coefficient of friction. The alloy contains, in mass%: tin 60-75, aluminum 20-25, antimony 3-9 and copper 2-6, and the alloy porosity is 7-20 vol.%. Antifriction alloy coatings on steel specimens were tested under conditions of limited lubrication and a pressure of 10 MPa. The proposed antifriction alloy has a relative wear resistance of 1.22-1.30 (with respect to cast babbitt 83) and the coefficient of friction of the pair of coating - steel 45, equal to 0.056-0.061. 1 tab.
