Abstract
This invention relates to a measurement technique. The purpose of the invention is to improve the control accuracy by eliminating tuning errors in the reference field. New in the spherometer is the case with a flat base end, perpendicular to the axis of the measuring rod, as well as supplying it with a separator mounted on the case and supports in the form of balls freely placed in the separator. A plane-parallel cylindrical measure with an axial orifice and height H m : H m = R cf -R w -√√ (R cf- R w + R w ) 2 - (R w + R 0 ) 2 , where R cf - average radius of a controlled spherical surface, mm
R W - the radius of the supports, mm
R 0 - radius of the measuring rod, mm. When the spherometer is in operation, the reading node records the deviation Δ of the height H of the segment of the controlled sphere from the tuning H cf , proportional to H m . The required radius R is calculated by the formula R = (R W + R 0 + H) 2 / 2H - R 0 , where H = H cf ± δ. 2 Il.

The spherometer is adjusted using a plane-parallel adjustment measure, made in the form of a cylindrical washer with a height B dd and a central hole for free passage of the measuring rod 2. The nominal value of the height of the measure is determined by the formula

R. . - radius of spherical supports, MMj g - radius of cylindrical measuring rod, mm. When tuned to a gauge mounted on a precision plane, nakl-20 uses a contact spherometer. In this case, its supports 4 should lie on the upper end of the measure, and the measuring rod 2 rests on the precision plane on which the measure is installed, after which the reading corresponding to h is fixed on the reading unit 5. Due to the design of the spherometer, the indicated reading of the reference node 5 will also correspond to the height of the segment 0 hgp of the controlled spherical surface having R..
Next, the spherometer is mounted on the test piece 1 having a spherical surface (Fig. 2). 35 In this case, the supports 4 under the action of measuring forces are pressed against the cylindrical surface of the measuring rod 2, and the reading unit 5 shows the deviation 8 of the height of the segment h of the spherical surface being monitored from the tuning he. The radius of the spherical surface R is calculated by the formula
