Калоприемник состоит из трубки 1 с расширенным концом 2 и съемного ме ика-сборника 3. Трубка 1 выполнена из двух частей 4 и 5, соединенных резьбой 6. Диаметр расширенной части DI выбираетс на 5-25% больше по отношению к диаметру Do (фиг. 1) и размеру внутри кишки. Волнообразна поверхность расширенного конца 2 трубки обжимаетс кишкой при установке трубки. В кишке хирургическим путем может быть выполнен кольцевой зазор 9, в котором устанавливаетс конец 2 трубки, что также повышает герметичность .The tube 1 is inserted into the patient's intestine, which is extended to the surface of the body.
