Abstract

FIELD: biotechnology. SUBSTANCE: strain of fungus Asperillus heteromorphous Batista at Maia VKM F-3010D is isolated from the soil. At cultivation under condition of submerged fermentation on the nutrient medium containing beet pulp, malt sprouts, wheat bran and mineral salts for 7 days strain produces from 35 to 48 U/ml cellobiase. On the 11-th day of cultivation of strain under condition of solid-phase fermentation cellobiase activity is 330 U/g substrate. EFFECT: preparing of strain showing enhanced enzymatic activity.
