Description
Known methods of welding anode leads into a cone of cathode-ray tubes on carousel machines, based on manual welding of leads, are inefficient and do not provide high quality welding.
According to the proposed method, in order to improve the quality of the anodic output spa with a cone glass and to increase productivity, the puncture hole in the glass wall of the cone is produced by blowing with compressed air. In order to prevent the cone of the glass that is warmed up by the heating, when a hole is punctured, a support is inserted under the heated section of the cone, through which a hole is blown out with compressed air. In order to prevent the glass anode outlet from fusing with the glass melt, the edge of the bottom of the cup is pressed tight when pressing in: wear holes to the edge in the edge.
To clarify the described method, the drawing is a flow chart of the carousel.
The welding of the anode leads into the cone of the bulb of television picture tubes with a screen diagonal size of 350–430 mm with a sweep angle of 70–110 ° is dried on a six-position carousel with an intermittent rotation of the carousel. Each of the positions contains a socket, which serves to install the cone of the bulb, and its clamp.
The welding of the anode leads in the cone of the flask on a carousel is performed as follows.
The cone / mechanism 2 is automatically transferred from the preheating furnace to the socket 3 of the first position. When the carousel goes to the second position, the installed cone of the bulb of the television kinescope is clamped and, together with the socket-rail 4 and the slide 5, rotates by 50 ° (for the cone of the cathode ray tube 350 mm -70 °) or by an angle of 26 ° (for the cone electron beam tube 430 mm - 110 °) so.
No. 150178-2 so that the mark (trough) on the glass of the cone of the bulb should be horizontal.
The hole in the glass wall of the cone is punctured by blowing with compressed air. For this purpose, the glass-heated rotary burners 6 heat the glass from above, supply the stem 7 to the bottom surface of the heated glass, through the inner opening of which compressed air is blown, which blows the hole in the softened glass of the flask. The diameter of the blown hole when this is chosen is somewhat larger than the diameter of the bottom of the cups of the anode output. In the third position, the prepared hole is again heated by burners S, a cup of anode output is fed through mechanism 9, which is heated by the same burners and pressed into the cone hole. The pressing of the cup is made up to the stop 10, which is preliminarily supplied from below by the mechanism and moves to the initial lower position only after the end of the pressing operation. At the fourth position with the help of rotating gas-oxygen burners 11 the final welding of the glass of the flask with the cup of the anode outlet is performed. To prevent the conical glass from sagging, when piercing the hole, a support 12 is fed under the heated section of the cone. A hole is blown out with compressed air through an opening and, in order to prevent the anode output of the glass melt from melting, the bottom of the cup is pressed tightly against the edges . At the fifth position, the weld site is cooled, and at the sixth, the finished product is removed from the carousel and, using the V5 mechanism, is placed to send the finished product.
Thus, according to the described method, the entire process of welding the anode leads into the cone of the cathode ray tube, starting from installing the cone and ending with removing the product and installing it in the annealing furnace, is performed automatically, which significantly increases labor productivity and the quality of the anode outlet with the glass of the cone.
