2 з.п. ф-лы,due to the reproduction of the pattern in reflected light and the simplification of the material manufacturing technology. The method of producing a two-layer decorative paper material includes applying an image relief to the top layer of bleached pulp in the process of molding it by extruding watermarks (layer humidity 94-97%), subsequent joining the formed layers (humidity 88-92%) and drying. The watermark on the upper layer is observed in reflected light from the lower layer, made of unbleached pulp with whiteness 40–60% lower than the whiteness of cellulose from the top layer. The method allows to exclude the stage of applying the relief image by embossing pre-made material, which improves its quality and simplifies the technology of its production. 2 hp f-ly,

7-9%.poured from the top of the grid. The smoothing agent has on its surface a relief image in the form of tubercles, which, when exposed to pressure on the upper layer in the wet state, contribute to the spreading of fibers and the formation of a watermark. After the humidity of the upper and lower layers will be 88-92%, they are combined by pressing in a wet state. Then the material is dried to a moisture content of 7-9%.
The invention is illustrated by the following examples.
Example 1 .. The upper layer is molded and a watermark pattern is applied on it at 97% humidity.
40%.Then form the bottom layer and connect it with the top at a humidity of 92%. After co-drying the layers, a two-layer decorative paper material with a mass of 1 m 2 of 150 g and a thickness of 250 μm is obtained, the mass of 1 m 4 of the top layer is 70 g. The composition of the top layer includes 75% softwood bleached pulp and 25% hardwood. , and the bottom layer consists of 100% unbleached cellulose SFA. The difference between the whiteness of the upper and lower layers is 40%.
The resulting material from the upper layer has a distinct pattern. The quality of the printed pattern is evaluated according to the ability of the material (top layer) to be embossed. The strength of the connection of the layers is controlled by the indicator of the strength of delamination.
1,Examples 2 and 3. Make a two-layer decorative material with a mass of 1 m 4 150 g as described in example 1. However, the whiteness of the layers, the moisture of the top layer are changed • when a watermark is applied to it and the moisture of the layers when they are combined, the values of which are presented in the table. Material quality assessment was carried out according to the same parameters as in example 1,

4To obtain a two-layer decorative material, a fibrous suspension is prepared according to the method and composition 4
The composition of the composition corresponds to the parameters specified in Example 1. The upper and lower layers are molded, combined in 90% moisture and dried to 7% moisture. After that, the material is embossed using a pair of embossed rolls with an arbitrary pattern, due to which the material acquires an embossed structure.
The results of the experiments are presented in the table.
Thus, the material in Examples 1-3 has a higher-quality relief image compared to the sample in Example 4 by 5-10%. In addition, the resulting relief image can be observed visually due to the reflected light from the lower layer. At the same time, the proposed method allows combining the stage of forming layers of material and drawing a pattern in the form of a watermark on its upper layer. Due to this, its production technology is simplified in comparison with the material of Example 4, where the relief figures are applied by a separate embossing operation.
