Abstract
The invention relates to methods for manufacturing a heat insulating module and can be applied in electrothermal, metallurgy, and construction industries. The purpose of the invention is to increase the bearing capacity of the module when weighting the heating elements. The heat insulating module is made by molding the box and partitions at a humidity of 50-60% wt. Then the partitions are installed in a box and the space between them is filled with fibrous thermal insulation. The edges of the box are folded in until they fit snugly against the surface of the outer partition, after which drying and heat treatment are carried out. After firing, the partition box is a single unit. 2 Il.

The invention relates to a method for manufacturing a heat insulating module and can be applied in electrothermal, metallurgy, and construction industries.
The purpose of the invention is to increase the bearing capacity of the module when weighting the heating elements.
The drawing shows a device for implementing the proposed method.
The outer layer of the heat insulating module is made in the form of a box 1, at the bottom of which there is a soft fiber heat insulation 2, two partitions are installed: the intermediate 3 and the outside 4, between them a layer of soft fiber heat insulation 5 is laid. they come in tight

7.The number of partitions installed in the box may be more than two where the module is equipped with an additional partition 7.
A method of manufacturing a heat insulating module involves preparing fibrous hydromass, forming molded articles from it in the form of a box and partitions to an extreme moisture content of up to 50-60% by weight, and placing them in a box with an interlayer between them with soft fiber heat insulation. The edge of the box filled in this way is folded.

Due to the fact that the module is assembled with a wet box and a partition-like wall, they stick together at the points of contact with each other, and after firing, the box with partitions is a single design.
П р и м е р. PRI me R. A fibrous hydromass is prepared in the tank, in which 2-4% by weight of mullite-silica fiber, 1-2% by weight of clay (binder) are contained, the rest of the genus.
Осуществл ют вакуум-формование короба размером до мм с толщиной стенок 5-10 мм и отдельно перегородок размером до 600x800 мм толщиной 5-10 мм до остаточной влажности 50-60 мас.%.In the capacity of the lower mesh form, made in the form of boxes, as well as mesh forms on the size of partitions. Carry out the vacuum-forming of boxes up to mm in size with a wall thickness of 5-10 mm and separate partitions up to 600x800 mm thick with a thickness of 5-10 mm to a residual moisture content of 50-60 wt.%.
The obtained molded wet products are removed from the mesh form, and inside the box they place soft heat insulation from cut sheets of coiled fibrous material. At a distance of 10–60 mm from the bottom of the duct, at least one preformed partition of duct material is tightly installed, then a second layer of coiled fibrous material is placed, an outer partition is installed on it, and the protruding edges of the duct are folded

Ийготов-, ленный модуль размером 300«200 100 мм с двум перегородками выдерживает без разрушени вес нагревателей до 2 кг на один крючок, что превышает в 4-5 раз обычную нагрузку на крюки в печах сопротивлени .tightly attached to the surface of the outer septum. The total layer of fibrous thermal insulation placed in the box is selected in such a way: iOM so that the heat losses through the module are equal to the calculated one, and the number of bulkheads is determined by the load on the partitions from the crutches that serve as supporting elements for suspension of heaters . The 300–200 100 mm, two-partitioned Igo-finished module withstands, without breaking, the weight of heaters up to 2 kg per hook, which is 4–5 times the normal hook load in resistance furnaces.
