Abstract
The invention relates to road transport and can be used to equip high-traffic machines with adjustable wheel suspension and a large vertical wheel travel. The purpose of the invention is to increase the reliability of work. The steering system drives the driven wheels through worm gears with toothed sectors 30-33 on the steering axle of each steering wheel from hydraulic motors 22-25, each of which is driven by a corresponding pump through slide valves 34-37 of hydraulic boosters 18-21. When the steering wheel is rotated, the pumps from the pumps begin to flow into the hydraulic motors 22–25, which, through worms 26–29 and the gear sectors 30–33, differentially rotate the wheels in accordance with the angle of rotation of the steering wheel. Each wheel turns to go until the feedback levers through the flexible rods set the power steering spools to the neutral position. 1 il.

The invention relates to motor vehicles and can be used to create vehicles of high traffic with adjustable wheel suspension with a large stylized and working course of the wheels.
The aim of the invention is to improve the reliability of the steering.
The drawing shows a schematic diagram of the proposed steering.
The steering system has a steering mechanism 1 with a steering wheel 2 and a bipod 3 and two steering axes 4 and 5 of the first and second steering axles of the vehicle, connected with t 6 and 7 with levers 8 and 9 steering axle steering pins and a bipod 3 Gears 10-13 are mounted on the steering axle steering axles, which are in engagement with the corresponding toothed racks 14-17, on which are mounted the bodies of the hydraulic boosters 18-21 steering wheels. All of these elements are placed in the housing of the steering mechanism 1 and act as sensors for the drive of rotation of each steering wheel. The driven wheels are driven from hydraulic motors 22-25 through worm gears consisting of screws 26-29 and toothed sectors 30-33 mounted on the pivot pins of each controlled wheel. The spools 34-37 of each hydraulic booster have feedback to the steering wheels 38-41, consisting of levers 42-45 mounted on the steering axles of the wheels, each of which is connected to the corresponding valve with flexible metal tg (cables) 46-49 enclosed in flexible metal sleeves 50-53. The hydraulic motors 22-25 are powered from a power unit in which there are four pumps and a hydraulic tank 54 with a working fluid. The pumps are driven by a car engine or an accumulator.
Steering works as follows.
In the neutral position of the rudder 2, the spools 34-37 occupy a neutral position relative to the hulls of their hydraulic boosters 18-2. The working fluid supplied by pumps from the hydraulic tank 54, circulates in a closed short circuit between the pump and the distributor. With
The Q turn of the steering wheel 2 of the valve distributor housing 14-17 moves relative to the spools 34-37 and the working fluid from the pumps from the hydraulic tank 54 enters the hydraulic motors 22-25, causing the wheels to turn differentially in accordance with the rotation of the steering link axles. The rotation of each wheel proceeds until the feedback arms 42-45, through flexible bars 46-49, bring the spools to a neutral position relative to their housing.
