Abstract
The invention relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology. The purpose of the invention is to improve the accuracy of diagnosis. For this, an echographic examination of the stomach is carried out. 3-5 minutes before the examination, the subject was injected with a solution of food acid, and then horizontal echograms of the stomach passing through its pyloric section were performed, and when retrograde movement of the liquid and gas bubbles appeared on the echograms, they diagnose duodenogastric reflux.
Description
The invention relates to medicine, namely to gastroenterology.
The goal is to improve the accuracy of diagnosis of duodenogastric reflux.
The method is carried out as follows.
A fasting test subject is given inside 200 (150-250) ml of boiled or distilled water in which the acid is dissolved, which is usually used in food or medical purposes (lemon, salt, ascorbic, etc.) in conventional concentrations for consumption. . For example, a 0.3-0.5% citric acid solution is used. 3-5 min after the introduction of the acid solution into the stomach, ultrasound of the stomach is performed, and the ultrasound transducer is placed in the epigastric or mezogastral area horizontally, sometimes with caudal or cranial tilts so that the longitudinal section of the pyloric part of the stomach is determined on the echogram. In accordance with the individual anatomical features of the location of the stomach, it is possible that the sensor is not strictly horizontal, but rather slightly inclined (O-15 relative to the horizontal line). The fluid filling the stomach cavity usually appears in the first 2-4 minutes of the study with small echogenic areas, and then acoustically transparent, i.e. without echogenic areas. Then register the retrograde movement of fluid and gas bubbles on the echograms of the pyloric part of the stomach. When alkaline contents are thrown into the acidic environment of the stomach, i.e., with duodenogastric reflux, on the echograms periodically (respectively, the duodenal contents are thrown into the stomach) retrograde movement of gas bubbles (echogenic regions) and fluid from the pylorus to the stomach body is recorded.

In the case of gastric echography, the patient came inside for 3 minutes before examining 200 ml of a 0.5% solution of citric acid. Echography of the stomach was performed with the ultrasound transducer located horizontally in the epibastric region, with visualization of the longitudinal section of the pyloric part of the stomach. In the first 4 minutes after taking the solution, a uniform distribution of echogenic areas is recorded on the echograms of the stomach in its cavity. By 5 minutes from the reception of the solution, the cavity of the stomach filled with fluid appears uniformly acoustically transparent. At 9 minutes of the study, and later for 30 minutes of the study several more times the explosive appearance of many small echogenic formations (gas bubbles) in the antrum of the stomach with their movement along with the liquid to the area of the body of the stomach was recorded. . e. retrograde. The diagnosis was made: duodenogastric reflux. Later it was confirmed during fibroesophagogastroduodenoscopy.

Investigation of gastric contents by fractional method: moderate increase in acidity of stimulated secretion, in pory of gastric contents bile. Ultrasound echo tomography: calculous cholecystitis.
