Abstract
FIELD: oil and gas producing industry. SUBSTANCE: device for hydraulic pulse treatment of bottom-hole formation zone has body 1 with ports and partition 3 with axial channel 4. Partition 3 forms together with body 1 working chamber 5 and exhaust chamber 6. Control valve 7 is located in channel 4 and sleeve 8 is connected with body 1. Sleeve 8 accommodates movable piston 9 which forms lower working chamber 10 together with sleeve. The device also includes branch pipe 11 for supply of working agent, cover 12 installed on body 1 and having axial channel 13 and hollow plug 14 and tail end 15. The latter is movably arranged in channel 13 of cover 12 and connected with control valve 7. Plug 14 is connected with cover 12 and forms buffer hollow with it. Branch pipe 11 is connected with plug 14 and located with its lower end in tail end 15. Hole 17 is made in tail end 15 for communicating its hollow 18 with chamber 5. Made on control valve 7 are upper piston 19 and lower piston 20. To prevent overflow of fluid and gas over movable conjugated surfaces, the device is provided with seals 21-25. Supplied through tubing is fluid which fills chambers 5 and 6. Piston 9 moves downward in chamber 10 to cancel energy. When pressure in chamber 6 exceeds pressure in hollow 16, control valve 7 moves upward and fluid from chamber through ports 2 is discharged from the device. Control valve 7 returns to its initial position. Further on, operation of the devices is continued in the same sequence. Availability of working chamber 10 with piston 9 excludes occurrence of hydraulic shock in exhaust. EFFECT: higher reliability of the device operation with its simultaneous simplification. 1 dwg
